GDPR
When becoming a member of the club we will collect some personal data which we will store electronically and will protect by a password. The data will be held for a maximum of 5 years. The data we collect is limited to name, address, phone numbers, email address and in the case of youth members, age.
When joining the club through the ACU on-line licencing system ACU Ltd will have such personal data as you enter into their system. ACU Ltd has a comprehensive GDPR system and information on how your data is protected by them can be obtained by writing or emailing the ACU at their Head Office in Rugby.
The club only collects this personal data to contact you in future about re-joining the club and for trials riders to ask you to help by observing. The data will never be passed on to a third party and will never be used for commercial purposes.
If you want to review the data the club holds about you, you can write to the secretary who will send you your personal data as it is stored. If you wish for your data to be deleted, please inform the secretary in writing.
Please note that when entering a trial in future by signing on you accept that your data may be stored and used in accordance with the latest ACU policy and as stated on the entry form.
